The Mas Yukawa Foundation is pleased to announce Dr. Ariane Fielding as the 2021 Inaugural Dr. Masaru Yukawa Award for Innovation in Workplace Wellness for her “Civility and Respect in the OR” proposal. Her ideas and perspective honour our hope for innovation within the realm of mental health and also find a way to remain focused on the fundamentals of disruptive behavior in the operative environment.
